Connectedness to my soul
inside my body

~I am in wonder
at the mystery that gives
my life breath to breathe

~I am thankful You
baked me in your oven and
prepared my body

~Thank you for this earth
so beautiful Tjis body
to enjoy it with

~Thank you for Presence
I connect with spirit and
listen and receive

~I feel peace and love
knowing comes from guidance in
my believing heart
