~Today I will bring
the spirit of my Shining
Light to my Earth work

~I rest in love and
live in hope Relying on
the Divine Spirit

~The rhythm of my
breath matches the rhythm of
Mother Earth's Power

~There's a moon and
a sun that pulls and pushes
the waters in me

~My waters flow and
I grow toward the Light and
awaken and arise
