~Today I will bring
the spirit of Excitement
to my dancing steps

~To lean on scripture
or sacred words steadies our
steps in darkness times

~Big Mama leans on
Lordy His cane supports them
both in being love

~What staff of comfort
provides emotional and
spiritual support?

~What refreshes me
with rest and renewal and
fills my heart with hope?

~Big Mama teaches
me resiliency and shows
me how to mend hearts

~My heart light shines on
all of my relations and
Wisdom illumines

~The colors of my
world and being shine upon
my spirit this day
