~I bring the spirit
of being humble to my
actions on this day

~I give thanks for all
the gifts I have been given
I say grace for food

~I give thanks for love
and all the beauty that is
in this wondrous world

~My heart supports my
mind and body All is well
Goodness centers there

~Love and passion flow
and radiate throughout my
entire being

~I resist clinging
to the past or harboring
gloomy attitudes

~My eyes are windows
of my soul My heart living
Love receptacle
