~Today I will bring
the spirit of Openness
to my listening

~Am I listening
with love in my heart in my
mind and my spirit?

~Presence of Divine
within illumines my mind
and guides my actions

~I center my mind
on constructive loving and
hopeful ideas

~I rejoice in the
light of a new day Giving
up limitations

~I rise above clouds
discord and overwhelm and
soar high in freedom

~I open fully to
the streams of love and life and
grow many colors

~Singing different
songs we grow to love it all
the bitter and the sweet
